1. What We Collect
Capo stores the data needed to operate its moderation features: Discord server (guild) IDs; Discord user IDs for moderation actions, mutes, warnings and premium status; message content flagged for the hold queue; and moderation action logs, including action type, target, executor and reason.
2. What We Don’t Collect
We do not collect personal information beyond Discord IDs and the moderation content described above. We do not store message content beyond what is required for the hold queue. Hold queue messages are deleted upon resolution.
3. How We Use Data
Data is used solely to operate the moderation features of the Bot. We do not sell, share or distribute data to third parties for unrelated purposes. Content submitted to AI features is processed by Groq as described below.
4. Data Retention
Guild configuration data is retained as long as the Bot remains in your server. Moderation logs are retained indefinitely for audit purposes. You may request deletion of your server’s data by removing the Bot and contacting us via our Discord server.
5. Third-Party Services
Capo uses Groq (groq.com) to process AI features. Messages submitted to AI features are processed by Groq’s API. Please consult Groq’s privacy policy at groq.com for details about its data handling.
6. Discord
Capo operates within Discord’s platform and is subject to Discord’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Discord’s own collection and use of information are governed by its policies.
