1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Capo (“the Bot”, “the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Capo is a Discord moderation bot that provides automated server protection, including anti-raid detection, message filtering, moderation commands and an AI-powered hold queue system.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for how you configure and use the Bot on your server, including reviewing automated moderation decisions. You may not use Capo to harass, abuse or harm other Discord users. You must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service at all times.

4. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service. We may suspend or terminate access at any time for any reason, subject to applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

All code, designs and content related to Capo remain the property of their respective owners. Your use of the Service does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Capo and its developers are not liable for damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms, subject to applicable law.
